Every save gets photos, location, and a city. If it matches an upcoming trip, it lands in that trip on its own.

Saving from your apps

On your phone, tap Share on a post in Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, or Airbnb and choose Flokk.

On the web, paste any link into your Saves. Either way, Flokk pulls the title, photo, location, and city so the save is ready to plan.

Trips and bookings

Create a trip with a destination and rough dates. It does not need to be booked.

Saves that match an upcoming trip's city attach to it on their own and appear in that trip's Saves area.

Forward a booking confirmation to trips@flokktravel.com and Flokk files the details onto the right day.

Building your itinerary

Open a trip and build it day by day.

Drag saves to reorder them, and set a start time when a plan needs one.

Flokk keeps each day ordered by time, so the plan reads the way you will actually live it.

Trip intelligence

Each trip flags what still needs attention: flights, hotels, and tours show as missing, saved, or booked.

It calls out what is worth locking in early, and for your destination it surfaces the practical basics like transit cards and entry requirements.

Creating tours

A tour is a guided day built around your family. Describe a day, like a rainy afternoon in Tokyo with a six-year-old, on the Build a Tour page: enter a city, who is coming, and how long you have.

Flokk returns a walkable route of stops in about thirty seconds, each with a note on why it fits and how long the walk to it takes.

Paces and distances are checked for your crew. Fewer stops and shorter legs when kids are along, and your dietary needs and allergies are treated as hard limits.

Trip recommendations

Open a trip and check the Recommended tab. Flokk suggests places in your destination, drawing on your family profile and what other families rated highly.

Each card lets you save it to the trip or add it straight to a day of your itinerary, and open the place to see more.

Stealing a trip

Open a trip someone shared with you, copy it into your own with one tap, and make it yours.

Credit back to the family who built it is coming soon.

Sharing trips

Share a whole trip as a link, and anyone you send it to opens the full day-by-day itinerary with no account needed.

They can copy the entire trip into their own plans, or take just one day of it.

Any single place can be shared on its own too, or saved with Flokk It.

From inside a trip, drop a save straight onto a day.

Both flows keep the save in one place, ready to plan.

Your family profile

Flokk learns how your family travels, eats, and explores, so every plan fits your crew.

Fill in who is traveling with their ages, your dietary needs and allergies, and the interests your family cares about.

That profile shapes real output. Tours use your kids' ages and pace to size the day and treat allergies as hard limits, and recommendations are scored to your interests.
