The hilltop village of Casares is about 20 minutes by car from Estepona and is one of the most beautifully preserved white villages in Andalusia, with a ruined castle at the summit that kids can explore freely. The walk up through the village is manageable for children aged 6 and up and the views from the top are spectacular.
